Centrally located on the promenade level of the historic Michigan Central Station, the space was identified a prime location for a biophilic experience featuring sundries for office tenants and visitors alike. Local purveyor FOLK was established as an essential partner to operate the concept. 

Neighbor x FOLK was developed in collaboration with Rohani Foulkes as a local retail hub extension of the namesake cafe in greater Corktown. The project aims to revitalize the community by offering meaningfully made, thoughtfully curated products that foster community connections.

The concept engages the community as a welcoming space for programming. A place where Detroit's unique talent and local retail can thrive together to enhance Corktown's unique character.
